first_imgA man facing drugs charges failed to turn up in court because he was installing water meters.Paul Boyce was due to appear at Letterkenny District Court.The 25 year old was caught by Sgt Paul Magee with €20 worth of cannabis at Shelfield, Ramelton on March 14th.
